Self service at login
AIM Self-Service Password Reset allows a user to change their password before logging into Windows.
When using security, a user must register in order to use self-service. During registration the user is responding to the questions configured by the administrator.
Self-service via web
For users who share your computer, you can also use AIM Self-Service Password Reset via a web browser.
The Smart Card is used so a user can log into AIM Self-Service Password Reset without first registering.
When using one-time passwords, a code is sent to the user's alternate e-mail or cell phone previously registered in the AIM Self-Service Password Reset.
